The Heaning Estate Competition T&Cs

We’re giving away 1 prize of a weekend away for two, at The Heaning Estate, Lakeland Retreat (valid from Tuesday 23rd July 2024 – Wednesday 23rd July 2025). You will be automatically entered into the draw when you attend our seminar that is happening on the 23rd July 2024.  T&Cs: Open to UK residents aged 18+. Winner chosen at random. Closing date 2pm Tuesday 23rd July 2024.

• The promoter is Peninsula Business Services Limited (‘Peninsula’) (company no. 01702759) whose registered office is at The Peninsula, Victoria Place, Manchester, M4 4FB.
• The competition is open to anyone but Peninsula clients who are not in a notice period in respect of any part of their Service Agreement with Peninsula.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• You will be automatically entered into the draw when you attend our seminar that is happening on the 23rd July 2024.
• Only one entry per client will be accepted on each platform.
• Closing date for entries will be 23rd July 2024. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• Peninsula reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
• Peninsula shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
• Peninsula also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
• Peninsula are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The prize is as follows: enter details of price. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
• The winner will be chosen by Peninsula Business Services
• The winner will be notified by on the day of the seminar. If the winner has left and cannot claim the prize we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters in relation to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
