I fell down the stairs, and they ran over me, trod on me... I barely survived and could scarcely breathe."

Dozens of establishments have been found to be operating while failing to meet basic safety standards. Some of these venues have been shut down, and the authorities have vowed to take further action to ensure that such a tragedy is never repeated.
