Sexual Harassment - update to EHRC technical guidance now out for consultation
Ahead of the new preventative duty on employers taking effect from 26 October 2024, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has updated its technical guidance and put it out, in draft form, for consultation. The consultation will run until 6 August 2024, and we expect the finalised version of the technical guidance to be released in September 2024.
