Peninsula Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

Refer a business or organisation to Peninsula here

1. All referrals must be completed via the web form here

1. In order to receive 5% of the value of the referred company’s contract value, the Introducer must sign a Peninsula partnership form. The partnership form can be signed either before or after the referral is made.

1. The referred company must not be an existing client of Peninsula.

1. The Introducer should be independent of the referred company (e.g. not a Director, owner or employee).

1. The referrer should not be a close relative of an employee of Peninsula Business Services Group.

1. The referred company must have a live agreement in place and have made 2 monthly payments.

1. The referred company must not be behind on any payments when the referral is due to be paid.

1. This scheme operates on a strictly business to business basis.

1. The time frame for receiving a referral fee is up to 8 weeks after the contract has been signed, subject to all other criteria being satisfied.
