Documentation Consultant - for Job Description
The role of Documentation Consultant is critical to the on-going success and future growth of Peninsula Business Services and plays a key role in maintaining the synergy across all HR and Employment Law departments to deliver an exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and updating our clients’ tailored employee documentation and advising on legislative changes and/or the impact of various policies on their business. You will be primarily office based however there will also be the need to visit clients at their premises throughout the Island of Ireland to examine their documentation. This is a dynamic role within an extremely fast-paced environment where ambition, drive and innovation is sought and encouraged.

As an Employment Law Consultant you will respond to queries and provide legally compliant advice to clients by telephone and email on all aspects of HR and Employment Law. The role requires the post holder to provide advice which supports the business needs of the individual clients where possible, without compromising the fairness of the case management or the insurance (if the client has insurance within their contract).
