Certified Health & Safety training for Management and Supervisors

IOSH Managing safely is a four-day course aimed at managers, supervisors and those with a responsibility for managing personnel and projects in any organisation. It is designed to give managers the training to enable them to fully understand, set up and implement health and safety systems and processes within their own team.

Managing safely will give attendees the knowledge to tackle the health and safety issues that they may come into contact within the work place.

The course will cover:

  •        The fundamentals of industry recognised health and safety management processes.
  •        Basic principles of health and safety measures, as part of an organisational strategy.
  •        The risk assessment process and to be able to prepare basic risk assessments and method statements.
  •        Practical Implementation of health and safety reviews of a candidates own departmental systems.
  •       Investigation of the causes of incidents and accidents causing injury.
