It’s a new year and with that Companies will be looking at getting their business in top shape for the year ahead. With this in mind Peninsula are offering all existing clients the opportunity to get off to a strong start by inviting them to avail of a complimentary HR Review Visit.
We have recognised that sometimes a Company will need an objective and independent review of their processes and so we have recently introduced this new offering to clients in order to provide them with a full HR ‘NCT’.
The aim of these visits is to ensure that all Peninsula clients are fully compliant with Employment legislation in relation to Employment Documentation, record keeping, information retention and storage.
The visit includes:
• A full review of your employees’ personnel files;
• A comprehensive review of your employment documentation to ensure that it is fully up to date and in line with employment legislation and industry-specific standards and requirements;
• A NERA-inspection compliance review whereby the Consultant will examine everything that would be inspected by a typical NERA inspector; and
• A review of your HR/Employment Law record-keeping to ensure that employee information is recorded correctly and to advise of stationery that we can provide to assist your HR recording procedures;
• Proactive help – your Consultant will discuss your strategic HR/Employment Law goals and aims for the year and provide advice and guidance on how to achieve those aims
Following the HR Review the Consultant will produce a report of the visit and they will determine whether your procedures qualify for our Employer of Excellence award. If they do qualify, you will be issued with a Certificate of Excellence and a CD containing the Employer of Excellence logo for use on your own company stationery. In the event that you don’t qualify just yet, don’t worry, your Consultant will discuss what you need to do to qualify next time and they will provide as much support as possible to get you there!
