Critical deadline for Ontario Employers

Employers not complying with these new employment law changes would expose their business to potentially huge fines, ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars

Between $250 and $100,000 for the first offense

Between $500 and $250,000 for the second offense

Between $5,000 and $500,000 for the third offense

Our contracts comply with these new regulations and provide you added protection.

A written employment statement that simply lists these terms will NOT protect your business in case of a dispute or claim.
