In addition to our 24/7 employer advice Line, documentation support, and compliance services, you can also access Peninsula Protect Plus, which gives you legal assistance, including coverage of legal fees and settlements, with related employment disputes or health & safety investigations.
We also have our Face2Face service offering to help you solve the HR problems you don’t have time for. Whether it's disciplinary or termination meetings or harassment investigations, our consultants will work to understand the issue and prepare a plan of action to ensure positive results.

The cost of Peninsula's services will depend upon the size of your business, the number of employees, the length of the contract, and the services you select.
Our health and safety services package starts at $279 a month, while our HR services package is available for $338 per month. And at just $519 a month, you can get both as our Full Compliance Protection Plan.
The fee is based on your number of employees with discounts available for longer contract lengths.
We offer one, three, and five-year contract options that cover various aspects of our service offering.

Most of our clients choose the convenience of monthly pre-authorized debit as their preferred payment option. We also accept quarterly or annual payments in advance or payment by credit card, EFTs, and cheques.
Absolutely, our employer advice line can be reached at 1-833-247-3652 and you don't need to be a client to call us for advice. This service can give you general advice, but we always recommend meeting with one of our consultants so we can better understand your issues and provide more tailored support.

For every employer you refer to Peninsula, you’ll receive 5% of their contract value once they sign up and have made their first monthly payment.
And there’s no limit to how many employers you can refer.
