She's very knowledgeable, comes back to me quickly, is very patient putting up with my endless questions and she talks through issues in terms that I understand which is essential to me. The additional support of supplying letters, guides and factsheets always ensures that I'm fully equipped and doing things in the correct way. Because we've built such a good relationship there's a feeling of trust and that is so important given the nature of the service. Would highly recommend.

The help and advice was first class, I felt out of my depth to update and amend things myself. I felt relived that I could give the job to a qualified person who sent everything back to me 7 days later. I was very happy with the service.

My query was a bit niche I thought but the call was very straightforward and the solution was perfect. It was a very seamless experience and my advisor was very efficient and friendly, taking time to tailor my policy to my needs.

I enquired about Peninsula's services when we had a problem with a member of staff. A rep visited me within 2 hours of initial contact, I was signed up with 24 hours, and they supported me hence with.

Our query was regarding how to convert annual leave and bank holiday entitlement from days to hours, then how to pro-rate it for a new starter who works, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat (different hours on different days), plus how to treat the bank holiday entitlement given that they don't work a standard Mon-Fri. Rehana even added a calculation to the spreadsheet we had sent, which was really useful!

The service was excellent. The team member helping me was patient courteous and any questions I asked she either answered herself or when and asked someone else with a more specialist knowledge on the particular question I asked. I would not hesitate in recommending Peninsula I feel it's good value for money, whenever I spoken to anybody in any department, I've always found them to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable

I dealt with two people mainly. Tom Cowderoy on the advice side and Katie Mears on the Face to Face side. In the end the way the case progressed didn't require us to use Face to Face on this occassion. However, throughout the process I found Tom and Katie, professional and efficient. They were easy to deal with and gave great advice

I have had such positive expereinces with Peninsula, the staff are with you each step, and I did not have to speak to multiiple staff, I had the same member of staff assisting me throughout the journey, this was not an easy journey for me but I was totally supported and understood by the advisor. The knowledge of the consultant and how he conducted the visit was excellent. He used languages and scenarios extremely well to ensure that we understood why the monitoring checks and audits were conducted effectively. He applied legislation and regulations to his explanations and demonstrated a firm understanding of health & safety.

He went through each question thoroughly and showed me what the expectations were, alongside what we were already doing to ensure that we were carrying out our health & safety recordings effectively.

He did not use any jargon and worked at my pace to ensure I understood the context of the visit.

I like that you can telephone/email or request on the portal them at any time and someone will get back to you.
No question is classed as to small or stupid. you will always be given the answer.

We had our H&S service visit from Mark Lethaby. Mark made practical, sensible and manageable suggestions for improving and maintaining our health and safety management systems.
We found Mark to be very knowledgeable, and able to impart and share this with us in a very personable and instructive manner.

The 24 hour service is amazing. A problem came up at 6pm znd by 6am I'd engaged with an agent, and had a letter sent by 6am.
It meant that, although I didn't get much sleep I wasnt awake all night worrying.
